My Story

Maddy joined the Flavourful Science team as a support volunteer and quickly became inspired to explore new science topics to share in the classroom. She is in her final year of a BSc in Neuroscience at UBC, where her studies have taken her across many scales of science, from tiny molecules in worms to the behaviour of birds in the sky. Outside of academics, Maddy fills her time with sports, music and exploring nature.
