Moses Jeong

Moses is currently a fifth year Biomedical Physiology student at SFU. He is undergoing an Undergraduate Honors Thesis which focuses on modeling Type 2 Diabetes. As an athlete growing up, Moses has always had an ‘appetite’ for nutrition, metabolism and food, therefore joining the Flavourful Science team was an easy next step. Moses initially began his work with Flavourful Science in 2020, assisting with the creation of lesson plans and videos during the collaboration with Sci Files. He aims to now spearhead the program at SFU and continue the great work of Flavourful Science in the Burnaby Metropolitan Area. Moses enjoys working with kids and has over 6 years of teaching experience with his work as a Swim Instructor for the City of Surrey. In his free time, he enjoys weight lifting, training in jiu jitsu, reading, and swimming.
