James Dover

My Story

As President of Flavorful Science, James brings a deep curiosity to the classroom and lesson design. He enjoys exploring science with students in ways that are creative, fun, and free of preconceptions. James first joined the organization on the curriculum team, where he designed a lesson on the science of bees inspired by his experience as a beekeeper. Currently, he is in his final year of a BSc in Neuroscience at UBC. Outside of academics and teaching, he spends his time cycling, skiing, cooking, and gardening.
